By accessing or using Proset, operated by Keysolv Corp, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Clubs registering on Proset must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Keysolv Corp reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
Keysolv Corp acts as a payment collection agent on behalf of registered clubs. QRPH payments collected through Proset are remitted to the club's registered bank account via Instapay. Payouts are processed daily at 11:00 AM for all transactions completed the previous day.
Keysolv Corp does not charge a platform fee on payouts. Instapay transfer fees of ₱20.00 per transaction apply to amounts exceeding ₱50,000.00 (after the first transfer). Processing fees for QRPH transactions are disclosed at checkout and borne by the payer.
You may not use Proset for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform or its users.
Keysolv Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Proset. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts.
